Download from that forum post or from asapload. This is a .zip file that you can open on the PC.

Move the .cab to your phone and then used pocket explorer to navigate to the save folder, tap on the file to install it. Be sure you install it directly to the device.

Next, open the S2U2 folder from the "Programs" launcher and select "S2U2 Settings". Enable it and change any other settings you might need.
